These terms and conditions concern all contents, materials and information presented on this website but also on other webpages of Hotel Kraljevac or its social networks.
All materials (photos, texts etc) are under copyrigh of Hotel Kraljevac except when it is otherwise mentioned. The use of these materials is strictly prohibited except with written confirmation of the Hotel Kraljevac representative. All materials in this website is subject to change without prior notice. By using this website you confirm that you agreed to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
Payment method
All prices are defined in BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark) and all payments are done in the same currency, exclusively. Conversion from other currencies are done by using the middle exchange rate of BH Central Bank on the day of payment.
The payment can be done in cash, by credit card or by payment to the account following a quote or payment order if there is a valid contract with Hotel Kraljevac . We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master and Dina credit and debit cards.
Reservations
Booking at the Kraljevac Hotel can be made personally at the reception of the hotel, by telephone, by sending a request to the official email address of the hotel as well as through the travel agency Hotel Kraljevac is cooperating with. All reservations made in one of the above-mentioned ways are valid and are subject to the cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed in writing with the hotel representative. Cancellation policy for damages and compensation (individual guests) Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and the time of check-out from the hotel is 11:00 on the day of departure. Reservations that are not guaranteed will be canceled at 16:00 if the guest does not arrive or does not inform about the changes. In case of guaranteed reservation (cash, payment card, transfer order) the rooms remain under reservation. Free cancellation is 48h before check-in (arrival of guest). If the guest does not arrive and the reservation is not canceled, the first night is charged 100%. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card before the guest arrives. By accepting a booking confirmation, the guest is obliged to bear the costs of the unrealized reservation in the event of an inadequate cancellation (48h earlier) in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy for damages and compensation (groups)
A group means a whole of 10 or more people who are staying and using services in an organized manner. Tolerated cancellation of a reservation for groups is minimum 21 days earlier, if a group is cancelled for a period of less than 21 days and longer than 14 days, 10% of the value of the contracted transaction is charged. If the group is cancelled for a period shorter than 14 days and longer than 7 days before the start of using the service, 40% is charged. If the group is cancelled for a period shorter than 7 days and more than 48 hours before the beginning of the use of services, 50% is charged, for a period shorter than 48 hours, 80% of the contracted work will be charged.
By accepting a booking confirmation, the engagement contractor is obligated to bear the costs in accordance with the cancellation policy in case of inadequate cancellation (within the deadlines indicated).
